What Is The Best Anti Virus Software ?

My system has virus and I am in need of a software to download for free.(The Best One)..
I have downloaded the Kaspersky for free trial for 30 days,but it does not delete any files…And also downloaded AVG but it downloaded spyware and in order to get the license code they ask us to pay the money..what should I do ??
And one more thing is as I opened a website it initially downloaded the internet antivirus pro in my system…even when i delete it the scanning does not stop(it is not free again)..:)….hope u understand…:(
Provide me with a link for free antivirus software plzz….

    Free anti-virus only works for a limited time. The best bet is to go out and buy a full version of an anti-virus. I use Norton at home and am quite happy with it. At work I use Sophos which is much better and actually stops 99.8% of virus’s from entering the network. Norton only kills the virus after it enters the Network.

    Used AVG for ages never had a problem, you should not have to pay its free. I found best to have several progs as some will miss things that others will find.
    I use AVG 8.0 for viruses, and the following for other things like trackers, malware. etc:
    Spybot
    AD Aware
    Malwarebytes anti-malware
