Deleted Files?

I accidentally deleted a bunch of media music and movies … (mp3, AVI etc.) files from my computer. Any recovery software recommended or course of action? Free software if possible but if not I’ll just have to bite the bullet. Thanks.

   recoverthis! is my favorite but it costs over 50 bucks. I cannot think of any free data recovery tools that a novice user would be able to use without assistance. Or you can mail it to me and i’ll get your data off for 50 bucks lol…

   If you have windows, try looking in your “recycling bin”, it should be on your desktop, to see if the files are there. Usually you can restore them from there.
