What Photo Editing Software Would Allow Me To Only Focus On Certain Colors While Leaving Everything Else Gray?

adobe photoshop (idk if it does it or not) its just not working for me. pretty much im just looking for some awesome photoediting software that i can download for free.

    Gimp will do most of what Photoshop does. There are many lesser softwares available that do various things but none that approach the abilities of Photoshop or Gimp. Gimp is free and you can usually get a great deal on Photoshop on Ebay.

    Selective color is the term that is. Adobe photoshop cs3 works great (there’s a free trial version on download.com)
