		<description>Sorry, but I&#039;d say no. After your whole list is deleted from the memory, there&#039;s really no way to get it back.
But look on the brightside, every time this happens to me, I just add the people who I still talk to and &quot;clean out&quot; the list to save memory, lol.</description>

		<description>If you have backup assistant, yes.  You can just go to the program and recover.
If you did not have backup assistant, no.  It&#039;s gone forever.  I would suggest getting the program though - it&#039;s free for My Account users.</description>

But a really cool thing that verizon has so that you DONT do that again is called Backup Assistant. it&#039;s only like a 1.99 a month and it stores your numbers to their server..... so if you do that again you just hit go to the application and it will download your numbers back on to your phone. It&#039;s pretty nice. Also is good if you lose your phone or something</description>
