Valuable Data Lost !!! Please Help?

Some of the data in my Dell laptop is lost due to an accidental deletion tried with many recovery software but i just got only my folders back nothin inside them.please help…to make it worst i dont have the OEM cd that was sent

   try windows system restore tools
   programs -> accessories -> system tools -> system restore -> now select any earlier date from when when u deleted files.
