Recovering Deleted Videos On Camera??

I accidentally deleted a video from my digital camera. Its important and I downloaded this recovery software, but I don’t know what format to choose. There is quicktime mov., quicktime mov. nikon, avi, wma, or wav.

   I think that once you delete it, its gone, sorry. thats why its called the DELETE option))))))
