After installing norton go back 2005 recovery software my monitor is not displaying anything. cpu shows both green & red lights. What’s the problem & solution???

You have not specified what is your operating system. Obviously, norton installation has gone wrong and is not allowing you to boot the system. Try selecting F8 at bootup and see if the system goes into safe mode. Once you are in safe mode, uninstall the antivirus software both manually and from the registry and try booting again.
