Can Having Photoshop Cs3 And Cs4 Cause Software Conflicts?

Since I know a lot of kid’s who make graphics I decided to download the free trial of Photoshop from Adobe. That is perfectly legal so I don’t want to hear otherwise. So I downloaded Photoshop CS3 and then I wanted to see how CS4 was different so I downloaded that. So my computer was then running both PS CS3 32 bit and PS CS4 64 bit. Right as I was running one of them and downloading the other something went horrible wrong in my registry and I needed to do a system recovery. Could this be the cause of a software conflict caused by having both? I have an HP laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit. Both PS CS3 and CS4 are fully compatible according to Microsoft’s website.

How Do I Get My Windows Xp To Detect The Modem?

Here recently my computer would just shut down on its own. So I done a system recovery and since then it wont dectect the modem so that I can get back online. Is there a way, step by step that I can get the computer to dectect the modem again? When I reinstall the aol software it say’s that aol connectivity service has encountered a problem and then it will close. Then it will say that its not detecting my modem, when the day before it was working just fine.
What should I do to fix it, Its still in good shape and I dont wanna junk it. I have tried everything I can think of, if someone can help it would be greatly appreciated!!
