Internet publishers who have an advertising model, use a 3rd party adserver like doubleclick, 24/7 or zedo to serve their advertising campaigns. This works great because all these softwares have advances features which help in campaign management.
However, the sales process is managed using excel spreadsheets, and tracking of inventory as well as what’s available, which sales person has sold what etc etc. This is very in-efficient and painful.
Is there any software which integrates with the ad serving software and helps the sales people manage the inventory and facilitate the sales process.
