No New Apple Software Will Work On My Computer?

Has anyone got a full walkthrough for me to go through about this problem, it’s so annoying and I haven’t been able to use iTunes for so long.
Whats wrong is that when apple software installs, it tries to update Bonjour, can’t and stops. I’ve tried deleting bonjour off program files, but it won’t let me and i’ve tried downloading bonjour but i can’t.
PLEASE HELP ME.
PS: Don’t suggest system recovery because i’ve tried and it doesn’t remove it…
