I am looking for software that can break down my recipes and give me the nutrition info of each recipe. I am looking for the info to be in depth and to cover more than the usual calorie, fat, carbs etc….

I have to second the idea of Mastercook. I have been using it since 1999 and it is the way to go. If you haven’t used similar software, it takes a bit of getting used to – but it is ideal for figuring out nutritional content and generating shopping lists.
I use Mastercook. Been using it for years. You can add your own recipes, & it comes with tons of recipes & pics. You might find it cheaper on ebay.
