I am having some trouble with my HP Touchsmart PC (OS – Vista Home Premium) and would like to use the recovery manager to restore my computer to it’s original factory condition. I’m not an advanced PC user and i’m not sue if this is the right move to make.
Exactly what changes will occur? ie. will my music, pictures and documents be deleted, and will all software i have installed also be deleted?
Thanks in advance
Stu

Use recovery manager.
if you still have problem’s with your laptop save a copy of important files on your laptop. format hard drives and restore it to earlier time.
