If it’s a flash drive, that stuff is only going to be affected if you put it in a computer… Software doesn’t run on flash drives, so trying to protect anything on there is both pointless and futile. If it can’t connect to the internet, it won’t be touched.
Just make sure a firewall is running on the computer you put it in if you want it protected…
Your regular anti virus will check programs run from any drive. To scan: open my computer, right click on th drive icon, and select scan for viruses. Only download free virus software from reliable web sites like http://www.nonags.com. Never download from a pop-up box or an email link. Never download from a page that sounds like its trying to scare you into installing and running something right away.
Why don’t you try to install an AVG to your computer or a firewall to your computer. That would be a greatest way to protect them both. Also check this site I heard that they are good at recommending on what is good program to be use for computer security. http://www.systemsecurityinstitute.org/
All you need is a regular anti-virus with a good firewall.
