Where Can I Go And Do A Free Software Download To Remove Virus Or Threats On My Computer?

I have a program called AVG antivirus and it detects all the threats but i cant seem to figure out how to completely remove them. I want to see if anyone can help me locate a free software.

None of the free Anti-Virus software removes it. They run scan and tell you what virus you got. But why trying to remove them they ask you to buy it before they remove it. Best for you to run a scan again and and in search and run type in regedit and type in the names of the virus and in the right pane delete them and when deleted all do a rebot and press F8 and start up again in safe mode
