I recently sent in my laptop to be fixed because of a battery problem. The company took out the old hard drive and replaced it with a new one. Then when I received it, the problem was still there so they sent a new barrtery and problem was solved. But in the process they re-uploaded windows software on my laptop and now I no longer have my software for the built-in camera. How do I get this software so it was function again?

You should be able to download the software from the manufacture of the build-in camera. Try to find out the maker, and model number of your camera, and then go to the manufacture website, and download the software again.
good luck!
Drivers for laptop usually are available on the laptop’s manufacturer website.
Assuming yours is a Toshiba, visit Toshiba website, choose your Region and go to the Download section.
Look for Drivers. They should ask you to choose your laptop models, OS you are running on, etc…
You should be able to see the list of available drivers to download. Pick your webcam driver from the list.
who made the laptop? goto the laptop manufacture website.
