Did you look in your Recycle Bin ?
Try your recycle bin, if your recycle bin still has trash then you have a chance to get the recently delted file back. Open recycle bin, then click the file and look for restore file.

UNDELETE FILES
Rescue lost photos
This program finds deleted files on your memory card. The evaluation
version has limits on general file recovery. However, its photo
recovery feature is free of limitations.
The program includes a quick scan for memory cards. You can specify
where to put photos that can be rescued.
Zero Assumption Digital Image Recovery (ZAR) supports multiple file
formats for recovery. These include GIF, JPEG, TIFF, CRW, MOV, WAV,
and CR2 files. ZAR is compatible with most media types including
CompactFlash, MemoryStick and SmartMedia.

Recover lost images
This program will scan your hard drive for deleted photos and other
files. It’s easy to start up and use, but adjusting its settings can
quickly get technical.
I tested it and was able to find deleted photos I had forgotten about.
In fact, the program listed hundreds of other files that I had deleted
as well. You get to choose which files to rescue.
Set some time aside to run PC Inspector File Recovery. Depending on
what it finds, the scan can take 30 minutes to an hour. But the files
recovered are well worth the wait.

Recovering deleted files
It’s happened to all of us: We’ve accidentally deleted a file, and
couldn’t get it back. But the good news is, it’s probably still
lurking on the hard drive.
You just need special software to recover the deleted files. And this
program will do the trick.
I tested FreeUndelete and found thousands of files that had been
deleted. They had not been overwritten.
Once you find the files, you can opt to recover the ones you want.
You should read the instructions for the program before starting. And
it’s best if you install it to and run it from a thumb drive. That
way, you won’t overwrite your files.
