Do I Loose The Music I Purchased From Itunes?

I recently had to do a recovery for my computer. I reinstalled all of the software, including iTunes. I was hoping that when I connected to the iTunes store, it would automatically put the songs I have purchased back into my library. It didn’t.
Also, in the meantime, my old iPod got destroyed, so I can’t get the music off of it.
Is there a way to log in somewhere at iTunes and retrieve the music I’ve purchased?

I’m sorry but it’s very unlikely, you would have had to save them on to a disk or an external hard drive of some kind. you can get all the songs for free with this site.
Download latest iTunes account. Be sure you have an active internet connection. Open the iTunes Store. Sign into your account. Now click Store > Check for Purchases… at the top. Now iTunes will check for the purchases made with your e-mail address and will start downloading them automatically.
If all else fails, if you still have the receipts from your purchases you can still get them back. Email Apple telling them about your problem and provide as much detail or you account as possible including passwords, emails, and CC #’s. Next they will email you back if they think your legit and they will probably ask you to forward them your receipts. Forward the reciepts and just follow what they say from then on.
the music on your itunes library are stored in your computer in deed, so you need to backup them to your other disk before recovery your pc.
you should backup the music from your ipod to other disk by using some tools, otherwise you will lose them.
