What Kind Of Graphic Software Should I Use?

I have Corel Paint Shop Pro X, should I stop using it, since people say Adobe Photo Shop is better.
Also what is the major difference between the two.

    “Paint Shop Pro” is a perfect image drawing software.It has the “Natural-Media” effect which is a unique painting effect.It gets over distortion in vector graphic design.It is a nice choice for web designing.
    For vector image design,you can try “Corel DRAW”.It’s a powerful graphics suite.Get it fromhttp://www.brothersoft.com/corel-draw-50…
