I wanna start learning how to develop software, does anyone know any sources with good information that will teach you?

There are several programming languages available. If you want to develop software I recommend that you learned C++. I think that it is the best programming language for this.

Normally you would download a Software developer kit from Microsoft or Linux or Apple ( need a Mac for Apple) and download some free tutorials from Youtube or somewhere, learn some and start developing.
If you have a Mac I would suggest downloading the iPhone SDK and developing some games for the iPhone and then sell them on the iPhone apps store and make some CASH$$$
Your local university software programming is not something you can learn straight off the mark. There are many programing languages and to be any good in programing it self you need to know at least a few.
But there are a few tutorials on certain things, what exactly do you want to make?? Game etc……
If you want to learn the right way, get an education in this field. There’s a big difference with proper training even between the different colleges.
