How Do I Make A Gif Picture Without Downloading Software?

I enjoy making bebo skins and I really want to make them move. My mum and dad wont let me download software so is there another way of making GIF pictures without downloading software?

    Ask them if they will download The GIMP for you.
    Gimp is a very good photo editor and drawing tool.
    It is also totally free.

    They might be interested in looking at Inkscape and Blender too.
    Inkscape is a vector graphics drawing program.
    Blender is a very serious 3d graphics animation program.
    Blender is usually taught as a university course for people going into the movie industry.
    And yes, I did understand that they don’t let you download programs which is why I said ask them if they would download these for you.

    You can make still gifs with Paint but you can’t animate them.
    I don’t think there are any inbuilt programs in Windows that allow you to create animated gifs.
