What Is A Reallly Good Voice Recognition Software That Actually Works?

I”ve tried it before but despite all my effort was never ever able to get any better than like 25% accurate. Is there any new Voice Recognition software that actually does what its supposed to. I really do want to use it but last time I spend over $100 on a program (IBM Via Voice)that turned out tbe be completely worthless.

   i know windws voice recognition works better when you repeat the steps training the computer
