When I am filling out a online form that needs my name, address , phone number etc.. how do I get the speech recognition software in Windows Vista to type on those web page forms when I talk. I am using Firefox.

It’s really not designed for that. You need something like Jaws. (And, of course, the site has to be designed to be section 508 compliant.)
