Help Urgent Free Antivirus?

Hello. This is urgent. What is the best FREE antivirus software??? Right now I have Avast free, is there anyone better??? I NEED one that will alert me AS SOON AS it finds something…like if I am browsing the web, I want it to pop up and say something like: There has been a virus detected. Do you wish to continue to this site??? Please tell me ONLY the free ones. Which ones work best? Please. Also, are there any ones that are “all-in-ones?” Like spyware, antivirus, all that all in one without downloading all these different programs??? Thank You! Don’t tell me to just buy one. Don’t tell me to just keep downloading “30-day” trials. Real answers only please. Thank You.
