Whats The Software That Records Every Input On Your Computer?

I remember seeing a softwre that pretty much records everything that goes on with your computer. But the software is hidden so other people dont know that a program exists. I have friends that sneak on to my computer and I dont want them to be doing anything bad or getting into my personal files.

Software like this is called a keyboard, you can also get it in hardware forum that you plug your keyboard into, then plugs into the computer.
