How Do I Recover Files Deleted From The Recycle Bin?

Particularly FLV (Flash Video) files. I’ve downloaded them from Youtube through KeepVid and I need them back! Most file recovery softwares don’t support this format! Can you please recommend a freeware undelete software which can save me? (No demos or sharewares, please. I want one that can detect AND recover the files for me) Thank you so much!

Uhh…actually u can’t

technically u can recover the files, once it is deleted form recycle bin,
u can try free software of data recovery form Norton.
i think you cannot recover those files.
