   If you want to create the HP recovery discs
   1. Click Start and type Recovery in the Search field.
   2. Select Recovery Manager, and when the wizard opens, click the advanced options button, if available.
   3. Select Recovery disk Creation, and follow the directions provided in the wizard.
   After all the recovery disks are created, label the disks and store them in a safe place.
   If you don’t create the recovery discs , the only resolution is to buy this recovery discs from HP, if you don’t like this resolution, contact the HP support and say that you cannot install the notebook with these discs already created, and the notebook was bought less than one month.
   You tell them that the installation with these discs hangs after running for example, they will give you a hard disk test to do, you thank them and you contact them a second time and you say that everything goes well , the hard disk is good, and they will send you the recovery discs for a free
