Does Anyone Know What Software Makes Your Computer Run Fast?

I recently had some spyware removed from my computer and now it is running slow. I think I removed something by mistake, however it does have a recovery step if you removed something by mistake you can recover it. The problem is, I don’t know which item I should recover. They gave me a list and all I have to do is click on it and it recovers. Can anyone out there help me?

any and all software on your computer is going to run from the same local and at the rate of speed allocated for the parts that make up the whole. Memory, processor, running applications, background services, internet speed, hard drive space……these along with a few others determine speed. Easiest “fix”, add more RAM.
You can do what the first Answerer said by de-fragmenting the hard disk.

Try defragmenting the disk, by going start, accesories, system tools then click on disk defragmenter. It puts files into an order that they can be read faster. Try it and see if it works, computer is usually slow after virus removal.
