Dang It..i Performed A Destructive Recovery On My Pc?

now all 4,000 pictures I had stored on my webcam plus music are gone.Can I retreive the lost work???I tried to called a computer service for help,but their close on the weekend in my hometown.I was thinking of purchasing recovery software via the net but I want advise from the computer service center first.Please help!!!
I would like the photos back..I didnt mean to perform the destructive recovery..

    Yes, all you did was reinstall your OS, most of the files can be recovered. Go to http://www.recovermyfiles.com They have a program that will search for everything that resides on your computer, movies, music, and pictures. Good luck.
    Even though you have to buy it, from personal and professional experience this is the best software on the market period!
