What Is The Best Screenwriting Software To Get For A Pc?

What is the best screenwriting software to use if you have a Toshiba Satellite with Vista Home Premium???
Because I’ve looked up reviews for Final Draft and Movie Magic and it seems to me that the people who had a PC and not a Mac had problems with both.
So I just want to know if you have either of those software and are using it on a PC please tell me how its going.
Also I would like to know if there are other great software that may help me out.
