Is It Possible To Make A Recovery System Backup Using A Boot Disk And Usb Memory Stick, If So How?

I recently bought a used computer and I did not receive all of the software and drivers. I wanted to reformat the hard drive but I wanted to make an emergency backup if I failed to have any essential drivers. Now I know I can slave a drive and copy everything to the new hard drive but that means I have to buy a new hard drive. Besides I already have a 1 GB USB memory stick and I think this method would be really cool to try out. Oh by the way I tried to copy a recovery disk but the CD’s are to small for the system hardware and I don’t have the software to split the recovery CD’s.

Block. I want to set up a business to do tax returns but need suggestions as to the best software to use. I will not be doing complicated businesses and corporations.

Is There Any Good Digital Media Software Available Besides Wm Player And Itunes?

I don’t want to buy another ipod because they seem to be made to die about 2 weeks after the warranty runs out (this has happened toooo many times to be a coincidence). But most of the alternatives seem to work with Windows Media Player which is nowhere near as good as itunes in my opinion.
Is there any software comparable to itunes which would interface with most digital music players?

What Is A Good Digital Photography Software Package For Amateurs?

I purchased Photo Explosion and I hate it. I’m an amateur and don’t want to spend more than $100 on software, but there are so many packages out there that I’m lost on which to purchase.
Currently, I take photos of nature. I’m not sure if this matters.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!!!
