What Is The Best Text To Voice/speech Software Out There?

Our company is currently using a person to voice our educational programs. We would like to switch to some software that converts text to voice.
I have heard many almost life-like sounding voices, but I can’t find the software that does it. Any suggestions?

   I have tried ATT, Rhetorical, Realspeak, Loquendo and many others. These are for teh money teh best around.
