Is There A Software That Can Help Me Create A Simple Program For Finding Information On A Long List?

I have a long list of comments. There are three variables that define each comment. For instance: a is good, b is good, c is bad; a is good, b is bad, c is good, etc. I want a software that will allow me to arrive at a specific comment after I enter those three variables. Help!
