What Kind Of Software That Let You Create Your Own Shirts, Jackets By Using Your Photos?

I am planing on making my own shirts and jackets by using some of my photos and I was wondering if any know an software that let you use your photos and you can create shirts out of them?
Such as designing them on computer then you can print them out and use an iron to iron the design photo on the shirt or jacket
Does anyone know any kind of software that does that?

photoshop or even paint just make sure to invert it like this: b would be this d. print them out on the special paper that you iron on your shirt. then iron it on the shirt
