I Lost My Data After I Put Recovery Cd?

I have a big problem in my Toshiba laptop.
I put the recovery CD in the laptop by mistake and it is run automatically…when finished..when i enter to the windows i found that all my data is lost and the laptop return back like the first time that i take it from the shop and all the partitions is became one partion (Drive C).
Please help me i need my data to return back…it is very important to me.
Please send me any solution that can help me or tell me any information that may help or tell me about any software can help me.
