use any video converter.It’s free & very multipurpose.
extract the wav file from the part of the video & then convert it to mp3 or whatever by a software called switch.
Do a search for a freeware program called VirtualDub. It’s a good, small program for recompressing video files but it also lets you save just the audio file from the video (File->Save WAV).
look for a program called audio extractor on google. That should bring up some free ones.
